Worked as described and I appreciate having the USB interface also! This item's been in permanent use in my car since it arrived:
I only gave this two stars because I cannot access the upper socket as my lighter socket is too sunken into my dashboard.

Not as extended as the combine current draw of the devices plugged in doesn't exceed the fuse. If so, you'll keep blowing fuses.
